Denied Treatment????

New Jersey

Have you or a loved one ever been denied addiction or mental health treatment?
NJ Bill A4498/S2919 Expands health insurance coverage for behavioral health care services and enhances enforcement and oversight of mental health parity laws. This means that insurance companies will be held accountable for covering addiction and mental health treatment like they would for a physical illness. To advocate for this bill to be passed, you can write a letter to our legislators following the attached Letter Writing Guide. If you live in Sussex County, you can find addresses for our elected officials here.
